Car Sales/Mobility Associate, Gothenburg Club
Picturing a car showroom? Think again. Lynk & Co is not another car brand, it’s a different one. We show this by not opening just another store, but a different one. We call it a Club. One that does not resemble a car showroom, nor any other car brand store in the world.
Our clubs will be the center for our community and alongside our product offer it will be a place where people can meet, grab a cup of coffee and be inspired.
For our clubs in Europe, we will work with a team of super motivated retail associates. As we are here to reshape mobility we offer several mobility offers around our first Lynk & Co car, the 01.
In this role, you will be the go to person when it comes to our mobility offers in the Gothenburg Club. The position is available from December 2020.
What you'll do
- Advise customers by giving expert advice on Lynk & Co mobility offers and assist customers in subscribing to our memberships and placing their orders
- Assist with in-store automotive events, ensuring that the experiences for our customers are executed professionally
- Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets
- Support the retail associates in staying on top of the game for mobility and vehicle knowledge
What you should have
- You like people and are service oriented, social and patient
- Whoever walks into our store, with whatever question, you make them feel welcome: you are empathetic and know how to engage
- You have acquired knowledge and experience in mobility solutions
- Have a track record in automotive sales both for B2B and B2C, and a deep interest in automotive
- You get energy from working in a team and your colleagues can count on you
- Your communication skills are great in both Swedish and English
- Driving license
