Are you interested in Cards products and do you have passion and take ownership of problem solving? For Cards Customer Service, within Nordea Transaction Banking Cards Customer Service Organisation, we are now looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Service Advisor/Specialist to support our First Card customers via phone and email.
The position we offer
As the Service advisor/Specialist in Cards Customer Service team you’ll take part in supporting First Card customers and cardholders with invoices and any card related questions in Swedish and English. Your skills and passion for customers and positive mindset with unique background are what we need to enable the great customer experience.
You will be serving our First Card customers in their daily business together with different stakeholders. We provide excellent support for customers in the most suitable channel to achieve customer satisfaction according to the present and future needs. We have passion for customers in everything we do.
The team is working in shifts and the office hours are spanning from around 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays. The role is based in Stockholm and we offer a permanent position starting from February 2023.

You enjoy team work and have a flexibility for fast changing environment. While you understand the bigger picture and are interested in developing our processes and methods, you are not afraid of routines either. You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy customer service.
Work in Nordic team, collaborating with stakeholders, taking ownership and offering customer the best solution when he is in contact. You will be a team player. It is important to support each other, share knowledge and identify areas of improvements in the daily work to make our unit become even more successful.
You have a work experience in customer service helping customers via several channels such as phone, email and internal systems. You are able to serve customer in Swedish and English both oral and written. If you are able to communicate in Norwegian and/or Danish it is considered as an advantage but not a requirement.
