Career Coach to the automotive industry

Securing the competence needed to deliver on our client´s corporate strategy is crucial and they are therefore creating a new organization for talent management and career development. The purpose of this new organization is to bring out the best in people by greatly improving how they connect strengths and competencies to business needs within the organization.

About the assignment
We are now looking for several coaches for our client´s new Career Coaching team. The aim of the Career Coaching organization is to match existing talent in need of a new job to new positions and further developing their strengths and drivers. Employees who want to explore future possibilities based on their strengths and competencies will also be offered development coaching through the new coaching support service.

You will be coaching individuals in need for a new opportunity within the organization and your responsibility will be to match people´s strengths cross functionally towards company needs to secure that the best available competence is utilized in the most efficient way to deliver on the corporate strategy. In some cases, you might also take on a manager role for employees in transition.

This is just the start. You will be part of developing the Career Coaching team´s offerings and services to ensure that we are in the forefront supporting our client with career coaching products that create an organization fit for the future.

Who are you?
You are a certified and experienced career coach with an engaging and inspirational style. You have a hands-on and operational approach and you know how to utilize your well-developed communication skills. You have experience from being a people manager and you are a role model with your inclusive leadership, making a difference through curiosity and collaboration.

As a person, you are business and results driven and you are triggered by a changing and development-oriented environment. Your high integrity and business acumen are great assets in your role as a career coach and you have the courage to take difficult conversations. You enjoy complex challenges, you have an outstanding capability to engage with different internal and external stakeholders and you are committed to make decisions that are best for our client.

About the employment
The position as Career Coach is a Consultant Assignment with start date 20th of April 2020. The assignment will initially be ongoing until 2020-12-31. For the right person, there are great chances the assignment will be prolonged. As a consultant, you will get an employment in Adecco Sweden AB.
