Job Description:

The treasury team that you will be a part of is consisting of five members within back office, systems and funding two colleagues in China

As a Cash Management Specialist you will drive and implement cash management worldwide while also developing and establishing cash management procedures and policies. Moreover you will focus on increasing automation and digitalization in cash pooling, bank accounts, payment, collection of infrastructure and more.

Other key responsibilities:

* Participate in strategic projects, including those involving new business models, providing guidance and support in cash management and broader treasury perspectives.
* Take the lead in overall treasury and cash management related issues and queries.
* Provide support to treasury operations in financial transactions, reconciliation, and administration of bank applications.
* Assess and negotiate with external and intra-group treasury service providers.
* Maintain contact with external and internal stakeholders for cash management, e-commerce, and treasury-related matters.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role we believe that you have extensive experience in international treasury environment, with a minimum of five years. You also have excellent knowledge of cash pool and cash management banking setups. Additionally we see that you have strong a project leadership skills related to banking integration with ERP and treasury systems.

Other skills we see that you have:

* Accounting working experience related to treasury transactions.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change in a fast-paced culture.
* Basic understanding of FX execution is a plus.
* Previous work experience within LC and Trade finance products is advantageous.
* Strong problem-solving, coaching, and project leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
