Cash Manager

We are looking for a Cash manager, who will work in a broad role with daily management and development of our Cash Management solution across the Saab Group. The role as Cash Manager is part of the Treasury Operations team within Saab Treasury. The Group Treasury function is the Saab Group's in-house bank and is responsible for managing the Group's financial exposures within the areas of: Trade & Export Finance, Pension fund (Saab Pensions stiftelse), Insurance and Treasury.

Your role

In the role as Cash Manager, you will work with Cash Management related questions of both strategic and administrative nature, for the entire Saab Group. In a team of two you will work with maintaining relationships with banks, both on a national and international level, managing our cash pools to optimize liquidity and set structures for secure payments. Further the team is responsible for the Groups' bank account structure, power of attorney administration, internal funding, co-ordinating KYC responses to banks, and works closely with the Treasury Back Office team. An important part of the role is to not only take part, but also drive and manage projects relating to Cash Management across the Group.

The main tasks:

* Administrate power of attorneys
* Opening and closing of bank accounts across the Group
* Analyze the Groups banking infrastructure and drive changes where needed
* Evaluate and Develop the Groups cash pool solutions to optimize efficiency and visibility
* Negotiate Cash Management related bank solutions
* Develop, streamline and administrate the banking KYC processes
* Manage the Group internal funding process
* Stay up to date with new technology and standard changes within Cash Management and drive changes where needed

Your profile

To be successful in this position we anticipate that you have a few years of relevant working experinece from a corporate Treasury function or similar finance role within banking or larger corporation. As a person we anticipate that you are trustworthy, communicative and a great collaborator. You enjoy working in a cross-functional setting and you're comfortable in driving change trough project management. Further, you are reliable, analytical and solution-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. A team player who enjoys working together and helping out whenever needed. Innovative and curious about new technical solutions and ways of working is a must.

Required skills:

* A few years work experience from a similar role.
* A relevant academic degree, preferably in business administration, accounting, or finance or similar knowledge acquired through working experience.
* Prior experience from working with Back Office, Shared Service Center and/or Cash Management.
* Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.
* A good understanding in communicating cross a multifunctional setting where you are used to dealing with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience from change/project management.
* Interest in new technical solutions within the Cash Management area.

Desired skills:

* A few years work experience from a Treasury function.
* Experience from Quantum, our Treasury Management System.
* Interest in sustainability and compliance from a Treasury/Cash Management perspective.
