What´s in it for you
You will be part of our Fleet Business Cluster located within Global Online Experience (GOX). You will be responsible for optimizing the flow of value through the cluster while helping us transform into a modern software driven product company. If you want to grow together with talented people striving for making Volvo Cars the industry leader in direct-to-consumer online sales we have a job for you!
We are now searching for a Catalyst coaching the cluster and supporting the transformation of GOX. You will continuously figure out what we can and should do better to set the cluster, GOX and Volvo Cars up for success. Working across culture, organizational health, diversity and inclusion, psychological safety, ways of working and other key areas, you will push us forward and catalyze improvement together with your peers. Helping our organization provide the best possible environment for our teams and individuals to thrive and deliver as much value as possible.
Your will specifically enable and empower the teams within the Fleet Business Cluster by coaching, mentoring and growing capabilities.
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this role, we believe you need to be a servant leader with intent based leadership skills. You have previous experience of leading people and are passionate about developing others, empowering people and you embrace an open mindset and culture. You have experience of working with flow, OKRs and enabling effectiveness.
As a person, we believe that you are curious, open and that you trust in people. Coaching, mentoring, communication, facilitation and giving feedback are part of your main strenghts. You drive and nurture collaboration, diversity, psychological safety and engagement. You have a holistic thinking optimizing for effectiveness and value creation. Lastly, we think that you are comfortable with navigating in times of change!
