We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Category Buyer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
The Interior Team is currently looking for consultants to fill two Category Buyer positions. Candidates must be passionate about business optimization, problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and personal and team development.


In everything you do, you want to make a difference for the team and the company. You are proactive, welcoming, persuasive, humble, and determined. You strive to see the big picture while appreciating the value of attention to detail.


You own and drive your business in close collaboration with your local and global buyer colleagues, the Global Category Manager, and a plethora of stakeholders at the organisation and your suppliers.


Here are some examples of what might fall under your purview:
Negotiation of cost consequences associated with technical changes, management of supplier capacity constraints, management of supplier financial claims, system updates and administration, piece price gap analysis and negotiation to reduce costs in running production, management of meetings with internal and external stakeholders to solve any problems that may arise during the project or running business.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, administration, or technology is advantageous as a Category Buyer.
You must have an analytical and structured mindset, as well as excellent planning, prioritisation, and communication skills.
Experience with negotiation planning and execution, as well as project leadership, is extremely beneficial.
