     As a Category Buyer at Procurement you have the following areas of responsibility:
-    I plan and execute supplier selections in accordance with agreed strategies and in close co-operation with category team and stakeholders, making sure we have a balanced base of financially healthy and competent suppliers.
-    I make sure contracts are correct, completed and stored in a timely manner
-    I create purchasing strategies together with my team, in order to meet the company´s needs for future technologies and concepts.
-    I co-operate within the category team and with all stakeholders to secure supplier capability, quality and timely deliveries 
-    I drive suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize running business by identifying and implementing commercial and technical cost saving opportunities, while assessing and managing supply-chain risks. 
-    I take full responsibility for my business and co-operate with the other team members to achieve a balanced workload and delivery of all tasks.
-    I continuously keep all relevant systems updated to enable real time data transparency
-    I provide and ask for developing feedback

To be successful in the role you build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You have a creative mindset and consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances and actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels.

   You
-    Have a university degree or equivalent.
-    Have minimum 3 years of experience from a relevant Purchasing role and above listed sourcing activities.
-    Preferably have experience from sourcing construction projects or similar, or experience from working within the construction industry 
-    Have worked with supplier management and contractual topics and are used to drive fact-based negotiations/discussions.
-    Preferably have worked with sourcing strategies.
-    Are a true team player and you give and ask for support.
-    Enjoy collaboration in teams as well as independently driving and completing tasks.
-    Need to be structured to manage complex projects and the many interfaces connected with this role.
-    Have a flexible mindset and quickly adapt in our fast-moving work environment
-    Are confident to act in an international environment.
-    Are fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
