Category Leader

The Supplier Management role is to ensure that Tetra Pak has a consistent sourcing strategy in place through all supply chains, and that the right expertise is available throughout the organisation.The ultimate objective is to safeguard that everything we purchase is of the right quality and at a competitive cost.

We are looking for a person to manage and drive the Utilities and Production Maintenance category with a global perspective and to be a part of the central indirect team working closely with our local colleagues.

Your main tasks and responsibilities in this role will be to:

- Drive the team in the different projects according to a standard process to ensure that the agreed objectives are delivered
- In close cooperation with the business formulate, propose and implement category and commodity strategies
- Establish and develop relationship with internal stakeholders to enable business buy-in and compliance to processes and contracts
- Drive and manage change together with external partners
- Manage and drive the Category project portfolio

The successful candidate has analytical capabilities and work in a flexible and independent way.You possess a high self-motivated drive, you are result oriented, and have the ability to co-operate well with people across organisations, strive for aligned decisions and assure compliance through out the organisation.

We are looking for you who have experience in process orientation and Programme and/or Project Management.Previous experience of Production Maintenance within Tetra Pak converting factories, Purchasing and Supplier Management as well as multi cultural environment is beneficial for the position.You have a University degree, preferably within Engineering, very good written and verbal communication skills in English, combined with presentation skills at the same high level.The position is based in Lund.
