Tetra Pak Information Management AB Tetra Pak Global Information Management is a process oriented organisation.We work globally with sites in Sweden, USA and Singapore.We support Tetra Pak's business by developing, adapting, integrating and distributing products and services within the area of Information Management.Within IT Supplier Management we aim at having the right supplier at the right cost providing the right service.Our key responsibility within the team of totally 10 members is to optimise use of IT suppliers, establish and govern the commercial relationship and manage selected centralised IT purchases.The team is accountable for IT sourcing activities which mean to continuously and systematically manage, evaluate and develop our business relationship with suppliers.In this position the key tasks and responsibilities will be: .Source and negotiate contracts with selected suppliers .Analyse spend of resources - focus for improvement efforts .Prepare forecast on supplier demand .Consumption Management - drive to secure value by best practice adoption .Market Analysis - focus on market dynamics vs.investments .Define and publish agreed (with stakeholders) sourcing strategy Successful candidates have good experience from international vendor management within the IT sector.A University degree within IT or Business Administration.You have deep understanding of the IT market and your category in particular.You drive negotiations and the contractual work in close co-operation with Tetra Pak stakeholders. You possess proven ability to communicate and work proactively in a matrix environment with both internal and external parties.You act with a natural seniority and shows high interpersonal talents as well as a strong and recognized informal authority.Fluency in English is required, understanding in Swedish is a plus.Some travels to our sites in Denton and Singapore will be included in this position.
