We are looking for senior Category Manager that takes supply chain into next level for GPV Sweden. Are you ready for your new assignment!
You can add value by:
Local supplier management & performance review control.
Identification of best suppliers for locally managed item codes.
Provide support on product on time delivery, price, quantity, and quality.
Create proactive savings on locally managed suppliers (local PLAs) items.
Ensure ERP purchase data is updated, vendor, price, MOQ/MPQ, LT.
Supplier integration (VMI) activities & Inventory management support.
Shortage material escalation support & improve exception message success rate.
Cooperation with site SE departments, global procurement & suppliers.
Improve Local BOM costing process & best supplier base to ensure competitive material cost.
Develop & continuous improvements of supply chain process.

This position is located in Västerås, Sweden.
What should describe you?
Senior work experience in procurement or related fields. Preferably from manufacturing industri.
Degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics or equivalent work experience.
Excellent contract & negotiation skills.
Project management experience & entreprenuership mindset that enjoys working in high pace.
Team player with collaborative skills and knowledge of international business environment.
You are a driven person with strong analytical skills and a result-oriented approach to solving problems and delivering to target.
Strong professional communication level. English and Swedish, verbal and written.
Proficiency with MS Office, Excel & IT digitalization knowledge is a strong advantage.
