Indirect Strategic Sourcing deliver services within Epiroc. Our mission is to reduce total purchasing cost and supply risk as well as to safeguard that we work with business partners committed to high quality and ethical, environmental and social standards.

Job description
As Category Manager you support the implementation of the Epiroc sourcing strategy to achieve higher efficiency level and optimized TCO. You will maintain and develop the sourcing strategy within the category and contribute to the sourcing process development. You have responsibility for procurement projects and you also represent Sourcing as subproject leader in different Epiroc projects. 

Furthermore, you will perform commercial and contractual negotiations and risk mitigation. Supplier management and contract compliance will also be part of the job. Your work includes local/regional/national activities, but also global projects may be considered.

Your profile
To be able to contribute in best way within this role, we see that you have a university degree and/or a couple of years of experience from strategic sourcing. Since your work includes many contacts, global and national, it is required that your Swedish and English skills, verbal and written, are fluent. 

As a person we see that you like working collaborative as well as on your own. You  have good communication skills and like working in an innovative environment.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Kalmar or Fagersta, depending on where you live. Regardless, travels to the other locations will be required.
