Category Marketing Specialist

The Category Marketing Specialist will as part of the European Taste Experience Marketing Team be a leader in supporting key commercial launch projects of our product experiences as well as supporting our Initiative Mgr with planning and executing cross-kitchen activities. The activities will be under our Electrolux and AEG brands across Europe. Working closely with Product Category teams, the Smart Kitchen team, the Content team, the Consumer Engagement team and the Country teams, this is a key position ensuring that our experiences reaches the shopper / consumer with high impact and delivers commercial value through strong go-to-market planning and execution.


He/she:
§ Supports the commercial launch projects and key cross-taste initiatives, incl. briefing of touchpoint owners, content team, agencies, etc. to deliver timely and quality marketing support (comms, visuals, trade presentations, copy, etc),
§ Ensure these assets are implemented well in relevant consumer touchpoints in coop with both central and local marketing teams
§ Together with Events team, ensures that our product story-telling and experiences come alive at key trade fairs (IFA, EuroCucina, etc)
§ Executes internal launches of key initiatives to drive understanding and excitement.
§ Leads execution of partnership / smart kitchen / taste events at HQ
§ Drive / support other ad hoc projects beyond commercial launches, e.g. product demonstrations, etc


Minimum Requirement:
* 2~4 years of work experience
* Demonstrated drive and leadership through extracurricular activities
* is fluent in English, any other language is a plus
* is a good communicator, builds networks and can leverage resources from different areas to work together towards overall objectives through strong thought leadership
* has analytical skills and can see the big picture
* has the ability to motivate others
* is comfortable with and can drive change
