You will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting in our multinational and diverse HQ.
This position is a maternity cover for 18 months.
The Category Marketing Specialist will as part of the European Taste Experience Marketing Team be a leader in supporting key commercial launch projects of our product experiences within one or two Taste product categories (ovens, hobs, hoods, fridges/freezers, dishwashers, etc.). The activities will be under our Electrolux and AEG brands across Europe. Working closely with Product Category teams, the Smart Kitchen team, the Content team, the Consumer Engagement team, and the Country teams, this is a key position ensuring that our experiences reach the shopper / consumer with high impact and delivers commercial value through strong go-to-market planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
•Leads Commercial Launch Projects including briefing of touchpoint owners, content team, agencies, etc. to deliver timely and quality marketing support(comms, visuals, trade presentations, copy, etc)
•Ensure these assets are implemented well in relevant consumer touch points in coop with both central and local marketing teams
•Together with the Events team, ensures that our product storytelling and experience come alive at key trade fairs(IFA, EuroCucina, etc.
•External internal launches of key initiatives to drive understanding and excitement
•Drive/Support other ad hoc projects beyond commercial launches, e.g., product demonstrations, etc
Competencies Needed:
•You are a team player, able to strongly influence and work in a functional team as well as a matrix organization
•You have very good project management skills, can plan, and prioritize
•You are a self-starter, result-driven
•You are consumer-centric with strong story-telling skills
•You have ability to work effectively across large organizations in both product/service and marketing environments
•You are a good communicator, builds networks and can leverage resources from different areas to work together towards overall objectives through strong thought leadership
•You have analytical skills and can see the big picture
•You can motivate others
•You are comfortable with and can drive change
Minimum Requirements
•3+ years of relevant work experience with excellent stakeholder management skills
•Demonstrated drive and leadership through extracurricular activities
