Category Sourcing Manager, IT
Our purchasing team manage all indirect purchasing for Lynk & Co in Europe. We are in a very exciting phase, supporting the Lynk & Co establishment in Europe and at the same time building our function and ways of working. We work very close to our business stakeholders aiming to find solutions and create value for the business.

This position can be based in Gothenburg, Amsterdam or Barcelona

What you'll do

We are looking for a category leader and expert in driving sourcing initiatives and setting up business partner agreements in the IT / business technology area (software development, connectivity, payment solutions, licenses, hardware, managed services, etc). It includes activities like…

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies with your internal stakeholders and business partners, based on market analysis and business needs
- Drive sourcing initiatives to find the most suitable business partners
- Develop and negotiate business models and agreements from a total value perspective, including cost, terms & conditions, and service levels
- Lead and develop the work in this category
- Participate in the development of our team and ways of working (culture, processes, tools, communication, etc)


What you should have

- Several years of relevant experience, probably as a category manager / strategic buyer or from a similar position from a supplier side , where you have been setting up value adding and efficient business models, agreements, and processes
- Very good understanding of and interest in the market, trends, and best practices
- A passion for developing and driving improvements and that you are known for finding solutions together with your stakeholders
