Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Scania is currently in the midst of a multi-year People & Culture transformation including implementing our first-ever global HR system, which will become the core system for all HR-processes globally.  

We are looking for an experienced market data analyst that can drive and be responsible for the roll-out of global market aligned pay scales, to support our core processes, our global HR system and our Job architecture structure, for all Scania entities around the world.  

 

Your tasks  

You will be the owner of our global market data bases for input as well as output, to support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs;  


• Provide market analysis and insights and draft internal reports to our HR management.  
• Advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes. 
• Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes; produce job role profiles and associated scoping data. 
• Identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of improvement of business performance. 
• Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy. 

 

Your profile    

You have University or College degree within relevant area and at least 5 years of experience within Compensation & Benefits area,  


• Academic degree in Business or Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience  
• Extensive knowledge within HR and Compensation & Benefits   
• It is a merit if you have experience from a global market data management vendor  

You will develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation and industry best practices.  


As a person you have a strategic mindset, excellent problem solving and analytical skills. You are comfortable with presentations and have the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This role requires strong people skills in order to influence, collaborate, motivate, and drive timely and effective results.   

You need to be fluent in Swedish and have good English skills.
