Your location will be in Stockholm and our client is in the financial sector. The work involves reception, catering preparation, planning and carry out meeting arrangements and client communication. Further, you will be responsible for coordination, quality monitoring of office services at site as well as managing service partners and coordination of repairs and improvement work with associated administration.
Example of tasks:
* Greeting clients and guests
* Actioning email and phone queries
* Administrative tasks
* Customer contact and reporting
* Mail distribution
* Meetings and events
* Assist the Office Manager
* Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing system and processes.
Your background and personal profile:
* Excellent knowledge of English and Swedish in speech and writing, this is communicating languages (requirement)
* Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
* Excellent communication and service skills; constantly focusing on internal and external customer needs and working to exceed their expectations.
* Committed and proactive; Identifying improvement areas and prioritizing daily workload.
* Organised with great administration and coordination skills.
