Scania is looking for a dedicated Assistant to support the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) and the Management Team of Communications. The area is newly re-organized, and as such will require a special type of creativity and solution orientation to set things in motion. This position gives you a great opportunity to have a flying start of understanding a large communication department and at the same time contribute to our transformation journey with your knowledge from the field.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* You will be participating and working next to the CCO in the daily tasks and ensure preparedness for upcoming commitments and responsibilites
* Acting as the point of contact between the Management Team and internal & external colleagues while being an active part of the Communications Management Team and its planning
* Organizing operational, logistical, and communication details related to organizational meetings
* Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
* Managing a busy calendar of appointments, including meeting scheduling with staff as well as external stakeholders

In this role we see that you:
* Have a degree in Communication
* Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Are familiar working within all primary Office applications
