Then you are the passionate professional we are looking for as our Change, Communication & Training, CCT, lead in the Industrial ERP Backbone program!
This position will give you the challenge you are looking for, as you love to work with people and transform. The position is one of the critical roles within the Industrial ERP Backbone program and as such you will be a significant player in the business transformation program and a member of the management team, you will report to the program manager.
You will drive the workstream in close cooperation with the System Implementor, SI. The CCT workstream is manned with the change leads from the different business transformation programs connected to IEB.
You will be responsible for ensuring Scania’s change approach, that people and each stream are involved, motivated, and engaged in the work to ensure successful change efforts within the program and in the receiving organizations.
This position includes being responsible for and managing CCT, ensuring delivery of ongoing changes, evaluating and identifying improvement areas as well as working on development issues. As the CCT lead, you are the go-to-person in various questions and areas concerning change management, communication & training.
The position is physically located at Scania’s HQ in Södertälje, Sweden.
Main Responsibilities
To define the changing structure and governance approach for the roll-out project to build local ownership and commitment.
To assess and classify the impacts of the change on the key stakeholders
To develop a change acceptance strategy to ensure that changes are implemented successfully
To track the change progress of key stakeholders and identify and execute necessary corrective actions.
To create the IEB training approach to support the changes in the local organization
To develop a communication structure to keep stakeholders informed about the project and about the changes to be implemented.
