What you’ll do
Maintain existing customer accounts and develop new customer relationships within the territory and act as the primary customer contact in relation to all HyClone product lines (Cell Culture Media, Process Liquids and Buffers, Serum and Custom Services).
Provide pre- and post-sales process support for the HyClone Cell Culture portfolio, application support, technical presentations, team selling activities, and customer trainings.
Forecast sales; analyse regional data, maintain records within internal documentation/electronic systems and prepare annual territory reports in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director for EMEA
Your will be required to increase sales orders, maximise margin, market share, customer satisfaction of the product portfolios and business solutions in the assigned territory through analysis of data within your CRM (SFDC) to develop regional strategies along with the larger BioPharma Account Management team and maintaining records within internal documentation/electronic systems
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales teams in developing sales, marketing and customer account sales strategies
Provide competitive product insight and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to internal stakeholders
Who you are
Graduate or BSc degree in life science or closely related field.
Experience of technical sales and/or working within the Bioprocess industry; Biotech/Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical and/or Biopharmaceutical industries
Strong knowledge of cell culture production, upstream and downstream processes.
Direct Selling experience in a complex competitive industrial environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills and high ability to work in a team.
Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region and globally to participate in trainings, meetings and key projects.
