Cell Design Project Manager

Job Scope
High level purpose of function
Responsible for project leader of prismatic cell format development
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
Overall areas of responsibility and activities
· Organization cell development team for project
· Setting up the development strategy
· Execution customer project
Accountability/authorization
· Budget responsibility
· Direct reports:
· Authorized to decide on investments according to role and policy.
Requirements
Education or other qualifications or competences relevant in order to succeed in the job
Qualifications/education/experience
· More than 5 years experiences on the automotive business
· PhD or MSc in Chemical/Electrochemical engineering
· 5 to 10 years of practical experience from Li-ion battery cell development
· Experience from cell design and development of Lithium-ion cells is a must
· Extensive experience of large-scale battery fabrication and testing

Specific skills (eg specific programmes, languages, certifications etc.)
· Excellent English written and oral skills
· Working experience with OEM project for Lithium-ion battery cell/module business
· Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
