Add battery cell and -process knowledge to the quality organization, so we obtain technically profound and well-balanced risk assessments and technically broad and deep-enough root cause analysis to allow a proper industrialization and learning of battery cell production.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
Overall areas of responsibility and activities
Ensure technical root cause analysis is sufficiently broad and deep yet fast, to allow a proper industrialization and fast learning of battery cell production.
Cluster, prioritize and rank technical observations and nonconformities such that the organization can tell major from minor issues, and focus problem solving on the most relevant topics.
Ensure that risk assessments are technically profound, well-balanced and swift, such that we can take bold data-based decisions without compromising on safety nor quality.
Document, publish and train relevant findings and technical learnings within the Northvolt organization.
Train battery cell and process know-how and failure modes to the quality- and adjacent organizations, such as production and production technology.
Build, develop and maintain relations with key stakeholders such as Electrode Engineering, Cell Design, Process Engineering, Production Technology, Production, Validation and relevant stakeholders in Ett.

Qualifications/education/experience 
MSc degree in Chemistry/Manufacturing/Engineering 
5+ years working experience in battery cell development or production 
Proficient knowledge in Battery cell design and manufacturing processes
Curious, technically educated and with a strong business background 
Must have worked in multi-cultural environment
