We are now looking for a Central Operations Specialist with a passion for process and profit improvement. As a specialist you will be responsible for managing projects and driving organizational change with the aim to improve operations in our kitchens. You will be using data to build new processes and drive improvements through constant experimentation and iteration on business critical tasks.

What You'll Do

- Track and report critical supply and demand metrics.
- Work with our Operations Director to forecast and set goals for our kitchens.
- Partner with our local kitchen teams to develop and drive the most impactful strategies and projects to obtain the company’s financial and operational goals
- Communicate across the organization to ensure timely resolutions, quality control, process feedback and a coordinated approach to strategy and execution.
- Create an environment of experimentation, analytical thinking and precision in execution to hit our goals.
- Create and improve SOPs and internal resources, and develop best practices and standards for operations across our local market kitchens.
- Drive urgent projects, prioritize tasks, and overcome obstacles that come your way.


About You

- 2+ years as a consultant, operations, financial, business analyst, or equivalent role
- Data-driven, strong attention to detail, and obsessed with process improvement
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills, including expertise in Excel/sheets
- Proven track record of leading projects and initiatives, hitting goals and targets
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools
- Self-motivated, energetic and a driven individual!
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Willing to travel - up to 25%
- English is a must, Swedish and/or Danish is a plus
