As Central Program Manager, you will be ensuring the global development of our next generation EV Propulsion Components.

As Central Program Manager, you will be reporting directly to Director of Program Execution Office.
The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
What will you do?
As Central Program Manager, you will be acting as a Global Project Manager for our, in house developed and built EV Propulsion Components (Electric Axels, e machines, power electronics components) within Manufacturing Engineering. You will be working in close collaboration with R&D, Procurement, Business Office and ME Senior Program Managers to construct the industrial roadmap of your product. You will as well be in close collaboration with our local program managers operating in our manufacturing sites, following closely the integration of our EV components on our vehicle programs.
You hold the global steering of EV Propulsion components from a manufacturing perspective and support the local program managers in case of need. You track your product´s industrial program from the upstream phase until the delivery.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you are highly skilled in project management with proven track record in relevant areas. You have good cooperation and planning skills and ability to create network across the organization. You have excellent communication skills; you are proactive and a fast learner.
You track your QCT targets with the stakeholders. Financial management, negotiation and risk management are your well-developed practices. You constantly self-develop and deliver. We also believe you have a good leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate people in your team. You strive to achieve great results and have great ambition for your further growth and development journey.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required for the role.
