What are we looking for?

Conax is looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial, and extremely driven individual that will act as CEO and lead the company. You will push the direction of our promising tech company. You will be responsible for the plan, strategy, build, marketing, launch, IPO in 2021, and ongoing leadership of the company and beyond.
 
As CEO, you will control all strategic and business aspects of the company. You will take the product to the market, and you are responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and creating a vision for success and making it happen.


 
To thrive, you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience from FinTech or/and blockchain, understanding of SaaS industry combined with a strong business mindset.
 
As a person, you are an entrepreneurial go-getter, you build, develop, and dive the business.
You make things happen.

 
Responsibilities

Develop high-quality business strategies and plans to meet short and long-term goals in a scaling company
Ensure strategy alignment with objectives
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they meet high set goals
Build trust relations with key partners, investors, media and other stakeholders
Enforce adherence to legal guidelines, financial regulations and policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
Maintain knowledge about the market, regulations and industry trends
Make high-quality decisions to advance the business and increase profit
Take the company public through IPO

 
Requirements

You must be creative out of the box thinker and help optimize, conceptualize, and execute a full scope of initiatives, on time, and delivered via best practice operations, then adjust based on results. 
You are proactive, hardworking, and understand the opportunity here.
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing a vision
Proven successful experience business planning and business management/execution
Proven experience in successful leadership as CEO/COO or in other managerial position
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and public speaking skills (English)
Deep understanding of joining tech and business goals successfully.
Proven experience within the software development companies, e.g., within Fintech or blockchain (minimum one of those from SaaS-industries specific)
Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance.
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
