Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation was founded in 2015 in Malmö, Sweden and Northern Iraq. Bring Hope was created as a response to the increased need for aid for millions of displaced people who were forced to migrate into Iraqi Kurdistan attempting to flee from the ISIS incursion, its subsequent torture, and resulting starvation -- arriving any way possible, many on foot.
Job Duties
· Maintain CEO calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Coordinate and manage meetings.
Work with CEO, and HR representative to set agenda for all meetings.
· Manage, organize, and maintain all meeting minutes, agendas, and documents.
· Prepare monthly reports and presentations.
· Organize the activities and workload of the leader(s) to facilitate efficient operations.
· Assist in coordinating national and international travel for team members and volunteers.
· Generate memos, emails, presentations and reports when requested.
· Coordinate meetings and calls, and take and share timely minutes and follow up on action items.
· Work as a focal point for the HQ team for any administrative tasks.
· Help Field offices filling out and reviewing registration applications before the final submission.
· Responsible for drawing up and revising individual implementation plans and other documentation.
· Part of the management team.
· Give employees support and service in matters of working methods, feedback, interpretation of decisions and implementation plans.
Profile Requirement
· Has good knowledge and experience of administrative work and coordination.
· Has experience of working with humanitarian field.
· Has recruitment experience and are thorough with introductions.
· Has experience working with documentation.
· Good knowledge of English, both speaking and written.
· Is very accurate and efficient
· Is prestigeless and solution-oriented
· Is humble and sensitive to other people
· Is flexible both in own tasks and to also be able to support your colleagues.
· Is stable, structured and clear in your work.
· Has great computer skills/experience.
· Is stress-resistant and can handle several things at the same time

The work is Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00 incl. 60 min. lunch.
