CEO for Construction Management

We are searching for a person that has experience in construction management and can act as general manager in both planning, projecting and building of industrials sites for e.g shoppingmalls, warehouse and other similar commercial sites. As we work closely with Turkish counterparts it is meritorious that you have some basic skills in Turkish as wells as English language with respect to technical language. Swedish is of course a plus.
You have experience in overseeing, supervising and managing projects from start to complete. You have at least basic knowledge in all part of the construction and are experienced of keeping and ensuring budget-costs. Furthermore it is vital that you can ensure full compliance with internal policies, legal requirements , local regulations as well as governance. Experience from Greenfield projects is highly preferred as well as formal university degree.
Moreover we seek a person who is results driven, flexible and owns a sense of quality and gentleness towards colleagues as well as customers.
