CEO Production JV Northvolt AB/Volvo Cars Corporation AB

For the set up of our new plant in joint Venture with VCC, Northvolt is currently seeking a senior executive for the role as CEO.
This role will be a key enabler to set up our new plant, bring up our operations into scale up and set up the premises for high volume production.
The ideal candidate for this role has experience from start up environment with proven track records on building plants and facilities as well as building teams.
EXPERIENCE:
10 plus years in a leading role preferably from business, construction environment and or production/operations at executive level.
5+ years experience in a multicultural start up environment with proven track records of building a plant from scratches and previous experience with high volume type of production.
Master or higher level studies in business administration, civil engineering, industrial engineering etc.
Excellent communication skills in written and oral English.
