About Faurecia Creo

Faurecia Creo (formerly Creo Dynamics) provides innovative solutions in acoustics, fluid dynamics and smart structures to customers in various industries, primarily in the automotive- and aerospace industries. Using our unique expertise in automotive acoustics and control algorithms, we develop state-of-the-art active noise control for vehicle interiors. The company is a part of Faurecia group since 2019, a group with 111  000 employees in 30+ countries.

Faurecia Creo develop innovative acoustics and Active Noise Control (ANC) solutions for the automotive market and is also a key player on the marker regarding expertise engineering within aerospace, transports and mining industry delivering high level expertise such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (aerodynamics, aeroacoustics), Structural Health Monitoring, Thermal management, Noise Vibration and Harshness (acoustic) as well as Testing (measurements and test data analysis).

About our new CEO

We are now looking for a CEO with a clear and documented business acumen – and understanding of how results in a consulting company are built up and can act based on few but clear metrics. You have a strong focus with a background in sales and you bring your own network - both among potential customers and potential new employees.

You have several years of manager experience leading top performance engineers and you have a relevant academic record yourself with solid technical knowledge. You bring us wide experience from working in an international context within some large group.

This position is based in Linköping. The position requires fluency in English, both written and spoken. It is a big plus if you can speak Swedish as well.
