ABOUT VINDEN
Vinden was founded in 2017 and today operates in both Stockholm and Oslo. Their goal is to simplify how we store our things and they work actively to be part of a sustainable society. This means, among other things, changing how housing is built and how we manage our things overall. By freeing up space that is currently used for storage in cities, the space can instead be put to better use.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The role as a CEO in Norway means you will be in charge of everything on a country level, from the warehouse to working closely with their partners and larger customers. You will be working together with the management of Vinden and have weekly support from the COO in Stockholm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Have dialogue with existing key customers and partners
Look for new customers and partners
Identify and execute on ways to improve
Part of the long-term planning and strategies for Norway
Lead daily operations in the warehouse
Locate and find the next warehouse solution
Build your own team of superstars

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience of managing teams / projects and building up a department or a business by yourself
Experience of sales and operational work
It's preferable if you have experience from working in start-ups
You are fluent in English and in Swedish or in Norwegian
