CEO Trainee

The position

In this position, you will work closely with our CEO and get a unique opportunity to gain valuable insight on how to drive and pursue business value within e-health. Cambio is currently on an exciting transformation journey, and you will learn how the strategic decisions are made in a constantly changing IT-environment.

As CEO Trainee, you will get the chance to evolve your capabilities while participating in exciting projects and initiatives. The work also involves close collaboration with the whole leadership team and other internal stakeholders. In rapid manner you will develop new skills and get the opportunity to learn and try out new things. With the right attitude, you’ll get the tool set needed for a successful career within Cambio.

After you have completed your trainee period you will be offered a permanent leadership position. Depending on your skillset and the opportunities that Cambio can offer at the time the role can be as leader of a team, a product, or a project.

About you

Requirements 

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or similar with a focus on management
- Up to two years of work experience
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
- Previous leadership experience and/or extracurricular activities are meritorious


Place of employment: Stockholm, will require travelling periodically

Scope: Full time

Start date: February 2022

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period. The trainee period lasts for 12 months, thereafter you will be offered a suitable role as leader of a team, a product, or a project.
