As a CEO Trainee, you will build a strong network of highly influential and experienced people who will be important for your career at Knightec and externally. You will work with clients across a range of industries, such as life science, automotive and telecom. It will be a challenging year, and we expect you to go the extra mile. These are the skills you need to bring

You are about to graduate or recently graduated with a master’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or a similar field of study. You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. It is a bonus if you have international experience, worked alongside your studies and/or engaged in extracurricular activities.

You are curious, have strong integrity, and are a team player. You are a self-driven problem solver who can learn quickly and get acquainted with new situations. You enjoy working at a high pace and you constantly plan and prioritize your time to maximize your performance. We are looking for someone with good analytical and business skills. We also value a forward-leaning attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
