Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.Would you enjoy working in an international environment with a broad network both internally within the Traton group and externally with authorities and technical services? Are you curious and searching for new solutions with the desire to directly contribute to Scania´s success?
We are now strengthening our team with three new positions:
• Certification engineer for Whole Vehicle Type Approval: Whole vehicle type approval is a procedure used to ensure that all vehicles placed on the European market meet relevant environmental, safety and security regulations. You will therefore be combining and compiling information from all underlying certificates to generate a whole vehicle type approval certificate, by that being the link between the projects, approval authorities and distributors.
• Certification engineer for national future legislation: As the number of new national legislations is increasing it is necessary to follow the changes continuously. In this role you will cooperate closely both with our distributors all around the world and the Scania CV AB development teams. The aim is to evaluate and influence the upcoming new legislations and coordinate the information spread within the organisation. You will also contribute to the groups support to the markets i.e. have the responsibility for 2-3 markets.
• Legal DOL coordinator: Legal DOL projects are smaller projects with the aim to fulfil new national regulations that is not covered by our products today. As a coordinator you are the link between the markets and Scania CV AB's development team, you will follow the legal DOL projects from initialization to implementation.

Electrification, autonomous vehicles and increased safety requirements are pushing the legal demands forward in a high pace. We are working in both the development of the new demands and the certification of trucks, buses. The work is done cross-functionally internally. We are also working with authorities and technical services for approval of our products. Making sure our products fulfill national and international legal requrements.

Your profile
• To succeed you should have the will to learn and the ability to develop within the role.
• You have experience from Scania products and/or Scania product development process and/or legislation from other business areas.
• You are structured, flexible and have the ability to combine and prioritize among various task.
• To be successful, you need the ability to combine an understanding of legal requirements and our customer offer.
• You need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You have an engineering degree.
As a person you are positive and social team player, eager to learn and like to work with various tasks. You enjoy working in a broad network both internally and externally with authorities and suppliers. You are good at building relationships and create team spirit, and have the ability to share experiences and information with your colleagues in a generous way.
