Your role and job description
You will lead our management team in Sweden and collaborate closely with management from both Denmark and Finland, as the Nordic companies have a close collaboration. You will report to District Chief Executive Nordics. You will supervise your employees both at the workplace and remotely as hybrid work occurs and since auditors often are out at customers’ locations.
As Certification and Industry Manager in Sweden, you will:
Responsible for the leadership and business management of a portfolio of P/L Units (with a combined revenue of €6-7 million).
Direct people responsibility for XX employees.
Be responsible for establishing, coordinating, delegating, and leading the comprehensive certification organization.
Improve the company's operational activities on both a strategic and operational level, based on the company's values and policy.
You will drive improvements in operating efficiency, people capability, and client experience whilst identifying and implementing commercial strategies to increase market share.
Continuously develop and update internal processes.
Monitor and deliver efficiency to meet the annual budget.
Drive employee engagement through effective people management practices incorporating learning & development, talent identification, a motivational working environment, performance management, and retention strategies.
Support and guide the management team and other departments.
Focus on promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
Consolidate and manage the necessary resources and ensure that competencies are available for goal fulfillment.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a structured and analytical ability to lead and develop operations at the highest management level. We believe that you are driven by excellence and are motivated by the expectancies of taking initiative in terms of both operational and strategic work. With the help of good communication skills and an inspiring leadership style, you create great commitment and team spirit. With a respectable attitude, you dare to be straight and clear when needed and you step forward when a challenging situation arises.
You are confident in your leadership role and create participation, and you have solid experience of leading other managers and employees with at least 5 years of work experience. It is also an advantage if you have experience working with sales and/or business development. Furthermore, we believe that you have a good knowledge of the market and an established network in the industry, for example, because you have been in similar roles previously or that you have worked as a consultant. We also see that you have a suitable academic education. As we operate in both national and international environments, so we expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Strong commercial mindset and experience leading business and operations teams, ideally with experience to grow revenue in consultancy services area, to complement our advisory services in place today.
