Certified Black Belt, Process Excellence

Maersk Line, Nordic/Baltic Area, is looking for a Certified Black Belt to join the Process Excellence team.The position is located at the Maersk Sweden office in Gothenburg. The Process Excellence team (PEX) is currently looking for a team member to assist the head of Process Excellence (PEX) Implementation in managing local/Global activities related to the deployment and implementation of the PEX Initiative in local countries.The NDCPEX Black Belt should continuously ensure that all issues are tracked and reported. Main responsibilities: - Execute business implementation master plans across areas and functions with a practical change management approach and with constant focus on value adding activities in collaboration with head of SWAT/implementation - Facilitate in defining proper Key Performance Indicators and ways of measuring progress.- Adherence to project strategy and methodology and ensure that project does not drift away from original goals and business objectives.- Define success criteria together with project group - Capture and resolve issues and concerns related to the implementation project and the surroundings through the project.- Ensure completion of projects and maintenance of sustainable results by tracking, coaching, follow up and support where needed.- Present to local management in order to build commitment for the local communication activities - Secure consolidation of findings before reporting.The Candidate The ideal candidate has: - Certified Black Belt - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Experience with project management methods - Ability to develop priorities, create a plan, and set and meet deadlines We also expect you to be: - Analytical - Pragmatic - have a positive attitude - a problem solver - a leader - persistent and have a sense of urgency Please apply for the position by registering your application at www.maersk.com no later than the 15th of January 2007.
