We are now looking for a CFD Engineer!
Description

You will be part of Chapter Hardware CAE Simulation & CAx Methods, which is one of five competence teams within Tribe Hardware.
As a Chapter, we are mutual accountable in developing coming NEVS products, our methods, our way of working and ourselves. We are using our collective intelligence in order to achieve those goals.
You will be working in an agile organization, using agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. You will work in small, empowered self-organizing teams where you and your colleagues are mutual accountable for your team’s deliverables.
In this position you will work with different areas within 3D CFD simulations such as Aerodynamics, Climate Comfort, Thermal Management and Multiphase Flow. You will work cross-functional in the organization to define the performance of systems/components and to ensure fulfillment of performance requirements. Moreover, you are expected to take a leading role in method development work.

The role also involves:
- to take the lead to challenge, develop and document CFD methods and processes
- being part of early concept studies
- taking an active part in simulation driven design
- taking an active part in target setting of attributes and correlation of models
- being part of the continuous product and performance development of NEVS products
- working and communicate cross-functional within the company
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Master of Science or higher university degree
- knowledge in fluid dynamics and thermodynamics
- experience in aerodynamics, conjugated heat transfer and multiphase flow applications
- proficiency in Simcenter STAR-CCM+
- software skills in ANSA, Simcenter NX, Matlab
- ability to take mentor role
- ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written
- experience in method development is a merit
- experience in agile way of working is a merit
