CFD Specialist

Aseptic Technology group within Packaging Technology D&E is responsible for developing Aseptic Technology Competence, setting and maintaining Aseptic Corporate Standards and developing technologies and technical solutions in support of future applications.The purpose of the role as Specialist is to increase in-house capacity to carry out Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) studies, improving our predictive capabilities and shorten the development cycles of our aseptic systems.

Your main tasks will be to:

- Contribute to defining the modelling objectives of the CFD studies
- Obtain the required model inputs and perform the CFD analysis
- Take part in ordering CFD analysis from external suppliers
- Together with more senior Specialist in CFD develop and support methods for comparison of experimental data and CFD result
- Carry out post processing of CFD data, documenting and presenting the result
- Managing all the CFD related applications on the cluster, updates etc
- Keep abreast of new developments in the CFD community
- Contribute to the design and optimisation of critical components and processes related to aseptic technology and fluid dynamics.


Kvalifikationer

The successful candidate possesses a scientific University Degree specialising in Fluid Dynamics.You have some years of working experience in the field and are an experienced user of commercial CFD software.

As a person you are independent and have excellent communication skills.You have strong analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions to design issues.Furthermore you must have the ability to work in a cross functional technical environment and be able to interact at both a technical level and with different levels of management.The role will require exposure like presentations and demonstration with both customers and management.
