As the CFO at Star Stable Entertainment
We’re looking for a CFO to overlook all financial activities and assist the Executive team in financial planning as well as controlling. You will be responsible for tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. You will be part of the executive management team to set strategies, execute business plans and develop the business, and report to the CEO.
You will play an essential role to build and secure our growth. You will lead and be responsible for our financial and legal team and our financial activities and processes. You will partner up and provide the organization with business and financial insights and optimize financial results.
This will include responsibilities such as:
- Driving and improving financial processes in order to deliver more efficient, faster accurate financial and business data.
- Overall responsible for all financials and the finance/legal team, including financial reporting and planning
- Lead the preparation of internal and external reporting, review financial data and reporting, including financial reports to the board, management, auditors, investors, and other stakeholders
- Optimize financial development and structure to maximize shareholder value, reduce the cost of capital and optimize financial performance
- Evaluate and Control the organization’s funding plans and capital structure;
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations;
- Supervise the financial controller and coordinate with outsourced accountants;
- Understanding of compliance with the law and company’s policies;
- Experience in operational processes such as acquisitions and mergers and defining appropriate scope and objectives.
To thrive in this role we see that you have:
- Experience as a CFO from tech/games or a product company.
- Previous experience from B2C with a global customers/users market.
- Proven experience in merger & acquisition is a plus.
- Experience in driving projects and implementing tools and processes for finance in a company on a growth journey.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
