Our mobility and assignment services are delivered by a large team of people across Scandinavia. We have 11 offices throughout Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

In this role you will get the opportunity to work close to the business both on a strategic and operational level. You handle budgets, forecasts, follow-up of results and annual reports as well as credit managements, tax and questions concerning liquidity and currency. You will lead a group of ten dedicated and skilled employees in Finance, making sure our invoicing and accounts payable transactions are handled in the best manner.

We are looking for someone with substantial experience in Finance from an international environment, preferably with an academic education or similar experience. You feel comfortable both in a controller role and in an operations management role. Business systems and MS Office are familiar working tools and you manage both Swedish and English at a high level in speech and writing.

We believe you have been working in an advanced Finance position for some years with a track record of good results, probably supporting a board. Successful experience of leading others and/or change management is considered an extra qualification.

As a CFO you are part of the Board of Directors for Alfa Scandinavia and reports to the CEO. The position is placed at our headquarters in Jönköping.
