Adding your strategic mind and entrepreneurial outlook, we are ready to lead this work, raise the bar higher, and enforce our position as the number one industrial player.
Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions is a business area segment within Sandvik Group – with revenues that will reach a run-rate of over 2 billion SEK by the end of 2021 and around 1500 people worldwide and incorporating the three divisions of Design & Planning Automation, Additive Manufacturing and Metrology. Areas where we hold leading market positions and are uniquely positioned due to our extensive industrial experience and expertise in advanced materials, materials shaping and digital solutions. Your mission
As CFO for Metrology Division, you’re responsible for our full financial scope connected to Division Metrology. You set financial targets, and prioritize what activities we should focus on, and you take lead in both planning and execution. As part of our growth ambition includes M&As, you are highly involved in these processes and following integration of acquired companies. To succeed, you set clear expectations and solid structures and you collaborate closely with financial resources from the acquired companies to incorporate and align them into our internal financial systems, regulations and ways of working. Based on accurate results and grounded forecasts, you communicate and present brief and to the point information, and you transform numbers into strong business advantages. An important part of your job is to ensure compliance with internal frameworks, as well as global laws and regulations. You also look at financial trends, risks and possible impacts to the business, and you explore market development and new digital solutions to make sure we stay on top of our game.
Continuous improvement is in our DNA and team spirit is key to our success. You’ll be part of a strong and collaborative finance community – involving resources within the Metrology division as well as within Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions and Sandvik Group. You truly believe that connecting people, processes and financial insights is the road to success.

In addition, you have a strong set of communication skills and are used to presenting financial information to various target groups, which calls for excellent written and verbal skills in English. We also consider an understanding of the software business or a similar recurring revenue business model as highly beneficial.
You mix a strategic and commercial mind, along with an ambitious drive to ensure operational excellence within the field of finance.
