The CFO Office team that you will be part of is responsible for driving strategy from a Finance perspective, including business planning, and developing capital steering capabilities as well as risk management for Ikano Bank and its branches in the Nordics, UK, Germany, and Poland. The team also manages and drives technology change within the CFO area and Payments for the bank. In addition to this the team leads specific projects within the CFO area around business development matters, regulatory matters, and other engagements. We now need to strengthen our team and are looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to help us do so. This position will give you an opportunity to deploy your expertise in banking spanning areas such as capital and liquidity to balance sheet analysis, financial strategy and business planning, credit risk and compliance, all in an international environment.
Areas of responsibility will include:
• Support financial strategy work
• Support the development of the banks Risk Management capabilities
• Support in developing the bank’s Capital Steering capabilities
• Advisor to executive management
• Lead or participate in other projects

Are you the one for Ikano?
We believe that you have a university degree in Finance/Engineering/Mathematics or similar, and an MBA from a well renowned university. You have extensive experience of leading positions in international financial institutions, and a strong understanding of the financial industry from a quantitative and qualitative perspective. Further, we believe you have experience from strategy work within financial services, business planning, technology development, and regulatory reporting. As this role will support our teams globally, we expect you to be fluent in English, written and verbal. Lastly, you have good knowledge/ability to understand data from analysis-tools and a strong understanding of business development in the finance industry.
As a person you are analytical, a quick learner and well structured. You enjoy working in a team and managing stakeholders. You are engaged and self-driven and enjoy working in a fast-changing environment subject to regulations from financial authorities. You have the ability to work with tight deadlines without losing track of long-term goals and development.
