As CFO at Integrum AB, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing growth journey. You will be responsible for the finance function, reporting directly to the CEO. This role involves extensive financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic business support, with the opportunity to build and lead your own team. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the company meets its financial goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee overall accounting and financial reporting for Integrum Group.
Perform monthly consolidation and reporting according to IFRS.
Analyze deviations and report performance.
Lead and contribute to quarterly and annual reporting.
Prepare and present the budget and forecasts for the fiscal year.
Continuously monitor the company’s liquidity.
Build and develop a local finance team.
Drive investor relations and manage annual audits.
Manage and develop the ERP system and business intelligence reports.
Lead audits and communicate compliance guidelines.
About You
We are looking for a self-driven and structured leader with strong analytical skills. You have broad experience in finance and the ability to see the big picture while paying attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Academic degree in finance or a related field.
Extensive experience in financial leadership within corporate environments.
Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Experience working in publicly traded companies.
Proficiency in Swedish and English.
