Position

As CFO at Biolin, you have the overall responsibility for the finance function as well as for strategic HR processes. It includes business control, accounting, reporting, budget, forecast, follow-up, analysis and financial statements. You have two subordinates in accounting and controlling. You contribute to the development of the company and are a key person in the growth journey. You work closely with the CEO and the management team and will have an important role when it comes to possible issues of acquisition and integration in the next years.

Your experience & background

The ideal candidate has a relevant academic degree and qualified experience in business control, international reporting and consolidated accounting, preferably from a listed company. You are used to practice and refine financial processes and systems. Leadership and strategic HR experience is a merit. The business culture is international and the corporate language English so it is important that you handle the language fluently in speech and writing.
