We are looking for you, a CFO who wants to be a part of a global high-tech product company, and who will coach, empower, and engage our team!


About the position
As CFO, you will be the people manager for the Finance and Administration Department, consisting of four more people and you will report to the VP Finance situated in Kollmorgen head office in the United States. The characteristics of our Finance Team is caring and with a close cooperation. You will have the overall responsibility for all Finance matters and ensure that the finance objectives are aligned with the business strategy and goals. You will be a part of the management team.

Purpose and expected results:

- To support management in maintenance of internal controls, to ensure accuracy and predictability of results, to timely report actual results and forecasts, to perform analysis of variations and to determine countermeasure.
- To identify risks and opportunities and to propose and monitor actions to achieve agreed financial targets.
- To challenge the management team and organization in order to improve financial results.


Apart from above, your responsibilities will be to:

- Drive the Accounting and Reporting, and Budget and Forecasting process to excellence with maximized customer value.

- Be responsible for engaging and developing the Finance & Administration Team.

- Be a part of the strategic process.
- Identify high level risks and implement countermeasures to mitigate according to Risk Assessment Profile process.
- Define and provide leadership to implement and continuously improve processes related to the finance responsibilities.
- Provide leadership in the preparation of statutory financial reports and comply with local tax regulations.
- Provide leadership to specific projects including business process improvements, restructuring initiatives etc.


We are looking for you
who have 10 years' experience in Finance, of which 5 years in a managerial position. You have a bachelor’s degree within Business and Administration or similar. You engage and develop your team to perform their best and make sure that they are motivated. You know how to create the best environment for your team to be able to work against the strategic goals.

In your previous work, you have gained experience in:

- Financial controllership in an international environment.

- Accounting and Taxes.
- Delivering reliable, timely and accurate consolidated forecasts and results.
- Providing leadership to improve processes to optimize profitability and working capital.
- Financial modeling for significant business decisions.
- Analysis of financial results to identify variations and trends that indicate possible exposures and the need for countermeasures.


Meritorious

- Experience in PowerBI.

Additional information
Fulltime employment. Based in Mölndal, Sweden. We value working together and therefore we work mostly from the office but with the flexibility to work from home about two days a week.
