About the job
As our new Change & Communications Manager in our Lead to Cash Value stream (L2C VS), you will be managing change, communication and training activities leading to best possible user adoption of a new technology, system or way of working. You will be supporting the implementation of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products, supporting processes and data governance.
Key tasks would be:
• Develop and drive a change management framework.
• Develop and drive a training framework for process and system training, targeting a global audience.
• Support development of a communication strategy and plan for the L2C VS.
• Develop and drive communication concepts and material for both Internal (within L2C VS) and external Communication.
• Support implementation of the concepts used within Alfa Laval, eg Agile, through change management activities.
What you know
You have vast experience in change & communication management in an international environment.
Furthermore, we prefer a candidate with experience in global projects where digital capabilities (process + system knowledge) have been lifted and set into play.
You have extensive experience in developing training concepts for implementation of global processes supported by digital platforms.
The right candidate has experience in agile methodologies, especially Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Professional communications skills, written and oral in English is essential. Professional knowledge in any Scandinavian language is an advantage.
