Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. This will require new ways of thinking and working. We need to develop the capabilities to deliver complete solutions with speed and flexibility in close customer collaboration and do this in a way that inspires and empowers our employees.
Are you interested in driving change in a big organisation? Do you have the will and power to build and tailor the change and communication strategy for a major business transformation? If so, you are the one we are looking for!
You will work within Scania Purchasing and be part of our Strategy and Business Development team. Here we drive the development of Purchasing future ways of working and are currently developing our new System Landscape, meaning a complete replacement of our ERP Backbone. With this major transformation underway, the work with communication and change management has never been more important.
Your role
As our professional Change & Communication Specialist, you will support Scania Purchasing with strategic change and communication activities. You will work with changes connected to the Source to Pay Process with a focus on the Purchasing function and roles. You will work with colleagues within Purchasing but also cross Scania, e.g. Production & Logistics, Finance and Research & Development.
Example of tasks:
• Contribute to and develop the internal and external change and communication strategies and plans
• Stakeholder management - set the right message and tone to the right party
• Define and drive specific change activities connected to Source to Pay Process
• Provide input to e.g. stakeholder mapping, change impact, and change readiness assessment
• Identify and develop necessary training material
• Drive implementation of new communication tools and channels
• Propose and produce communication content for various channels and platforms
• Arrange and drive different communication events both digitally and on-site
