MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

Do you have experience of transformation projects and love to drive organizational changes? Do you thrive in ambiguity - enjoy working without knowing what’s going to happen next and deem yourself to be an expert at filtering and focusing on the right scope? Then you might be the right person for the Change & Coms Manager position at Unilever. This is a consultancy opportunity where you’ll be employed by MultiMind, starting with a contract to the end of 2021 with a possibility for extension.

To work in this role, you need to be located somewhere in the Nordics – but it is prefered if you live in Sweden. Due to current circumstances, the role will start off digitally. However, as soon as offices open up you will be working from site and the role will involve some travelling within the Nordics.

About the role

Unilever is a company striving for constant change to be better. Unilever is going through a big change driven by digitalization from both a customer and consumer point of view. Therefore, they have now initiated a change and transformation plan. A transformation team has been put in place for this, but it will be your main responsibility to drive changes and inform/connect with relevant stake holders.

Your responsibilites

How do you train and educate personell and split administrative work tasks in a constantly changing global and digital environment? How do you communicate with stakeholders that want to drive change with Unilever? How do you reward the right culture and what is the best way to move into an Agile way of working? These will be some of the questions you need to investigate and consequently act upon, advising with many stakeholders in terms of different leaders, the project management team and other relevant teams.

You will own the development and delivery of the change management plan. However, you won’t be running all the changes and doing all the tasks – but you will be connecting everything. All in all a very exciting role focused on driving change and driving communications!

Your profile

This is a wide role with many different liaisons/stakeholders – therefore you need to be comfortable working with talking to and connecting all the layers of executive and global leadership as well as the operational part of the organization. Together with the project team, you need to be able to identify what is needed and who to reach out to. You won’t have a crystal clear path of what to do so it is important that you understand how you can utilize the network at your disposal.

Furthermore, we think you are/have most of the following:
You have experience within communications in largers companies - you understand complex, large organizations.

You have a relevant University degree
You have experience with driving transformation projects, or at least experience being linked to one
You are fluent in English, written and spoken
You want to be part of the solution and you embrace agile ways of working. You easily adapt and want to be part of building the future.
You are a culture & change advocate and have been part of driving successfull change and communication activites in matrix organizations
You have the ability to engage, influence and coach stakeholders and senior leaders
You are self driven, but not in solitude
You are very used to multitasking
You are an excellent communicator and listener
You have an output mentality – you’ve done what is required of you on paper. What do you do next?
