Aligned to this vision, the Manufacturing Data and Analytics Hub is responsible for the development and management of Data Products and Analytics Products for the Manufacturing function which enable greater efficiency and better decision-making across Manufacturing.

The Change Management Lead is a strategic change agent who champions the successful implementation of organizational transformations. This role focuses on the human side of change, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing employee adoption of new processes, technologies, or structures. By effectively leading the change management process, the Change Management Lead plays a critical role in achieving lasting success for organizational transformations. 
What you’ll do
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned with organizational goals and project objectives.
Assess the impact of planned changes on the organization, employees, and stakeholders, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Develop mitigation strategies to address resistance to change and ensure a smooth transition.
Communication & Engagement:
Craft clear and consistent communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
Develop and deliver engaging communication materials (e.g., presentations, videos, FAQs) to educate and address concerns.
Foster a culture of open communication and encourage employee feedback.
Implementation & Support:
Collaborate with transformation lead and management team to ensure seamless integration of change management initiatives within the project lifecycle.
Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the changes.
Provide ongoing support to employees throughout the change process, addressing challenges and fostering adoption.
Evaluation & Measurement:
Define success metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
Monitor progress, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Report on the impact of change initiatives to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date on best practices in change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Seek opportunities to refine internal change management processes for future initiatives.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience leading and managing successful change initiatives within an organization.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Project management and organizational skills.
Analytical skills to assess change impact and measure success.
Proficiency in presentation and communication tools.
Additional Desirable Skills:
Experience with training and development methodologies.
Knowledge of relevant business processes and technologies.
Data analysis skills to track and measure change adoption.
