About this opportunity
As Change Lead in Group Supply, you will have a highly visible role, providing in-depth insights and mentorship for the development of supply process and strategy development. This impactful role gives the opportunity to be part of an impactful, global, dynamic team driving innovation and sustainable technology leadership within a highly competitive market. You will join the Strategy, Performance and Program Office unit in Strategy & Process.


What you will do
• Contribute to our digital transformation journey in Supply and Ericsson
• Develop strategies to bring fresh ideas into the organization, accelerate business development, innovation and driving digitalization
• Play a key role in enabling execution of our global supply strategy, including proactively recognizing trends, take actions to strengthen the customer experience in our supply chain processes, and attaining operational and structural efficiencies
• In partnership with key stakeholders you will lead change, specifically focusing on redefining the processes and influencing changes
• Act as a Product Owner in our transformation activities delivering the scope of Minimal Viable Products, continuous improvements targeting specific Objectives and Key Results.
• Interact with business owners with a strong customer / end user need perspective empowered to define "product" functionalities, requirements and prioritizes activities
• Be result oriented with building on your track record of delivering results
• Manage cross-functional teams and have an ability to work in sprints with focus on securing adoption and operational impact

You will bring

You have approximately 5 years of working experience, for example within consulting, driving transformation projects, analytics, roll out of implementation programs, supply chain management or similar. You have experience from working with digitalization projects and agile ways of working.
