Description

The Client is in a starting point of the implementation of a new ITSM tool. They will exchange BMC Remedy Idesk to a new tool ServiceNow. And they need to go live with ServiceNow middle of Sept to ensure that they will be out of BMC Remedy iDesk before 31st of December 2021. And to be able to achieve this aggressive time plan they need extra resources to support them during implementation.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist the client in:

- The consultant should support is in the implementation of our new ITSM tool ServiceNow

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Change Lead with 4-7 years experience in ITSM implementation - ESM Vision
- Change Management
- Have experience in strategic thinking
- Planning skills
- Problem solving
- Communication
- Experience in adoption of new processes and tools.
